General Terms and Conditions of Delivery Animal Soul Academy

Below you will find the general terms and conditions of delivery of Animal Soul Academy. These conditions apply to all offers, quotations, services, and agreements made by or with Animal Soul Academy. By accepting an offer, quotation, and/or service, or by signing the agreement, you also agree to these general terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
a. Private Sessions: a coaching program in which the client agrees to the manner in which the individual sessions are conducted. These are conducted online or at the location of Animal Soul Academy.
b. Animal Communication & Healing: providing soul insights about the animal and regenerative energy to animals. The veterinarian always takes precedence in cases of illness of humans and animals.
c. Online Academy: a private internet forum where courses and training provided by Animal Soul Academy are offered.
d. Client: the natural or legal person with whom Animal Soul Academy enters into an agreement to provide services.

2. Applicability
a. By registering for an activity of Animal Soul Academy, the client agrees to the general terms and conditions.
b. Deviation from the general terms and conditions is only possible when explicitly included in an agreement between the client and Animal Soul Academy.

3. Invoicing/Payment
Advance payment is required to start any of the online courses, consultations for animals, or private sessions offered by Animal Soul Academy. If you have opted for installment payment, the payment term for the next installment will be 7 days. You will receive an invoice for this if you wish.

4. Duration and Termination
a. Animal Soul Academy may terminate an agreement with the client immediately if the client fails to comply, improperly or incompletely, with the agreement(s) concluded with Animal Soul Academy, including the associated delivery and payment conditions.

b. Animal Soul Academy may terminate the agreement with the client at any time. The associated delivery and payment conditions remain in full force.

c. Animal Soul Academy has the right to terminate the agreement(s) without notice or judicial intervention immediately if the client has been declared bankrupt, has applied for or obtained a suspension of payments, or has otherwise lost control over his assets. The client is not entitled to any compensation in such cases.

d. The student of the annual training commits to a one-year commitment upon purchasing the online course Intuitive Communication with Animals. With monthly contributions, one is obliged to pay the monthly amount for all 12 months in consecutive periods. One cannot pause the course, not pay, or otherwise interrupt it.

5. Returns
a. The use of online products via the online academy, consultations for animals, or private sessions cannot be returned and cannot be transferred to third parties. Copying content from the learning environment is only for personal use.

b. If one decides to discontinue the online academy halfway through, the remaining months must still be paid.

c. In the event of canceling a retreat at the location of Animal Soul Academy, no refund is possible, but the dates can be rescheduled within the booking year.

6. Delivery and Delivery Time Online Academy
a. Upon receipt of the necessary payment, Animal Soul Academy will provide login details for the Online Academy as soon as possible. If Animal Soul Academy is unable to fulfill its obligations within the agreed delivery time, Animal Soul Academy can only be notified in writing, allowing Animal Soul Academy a minimum period of 14 days to fulfill its obligations.

7. Delivery and Delivery Time Animal Reading & Healing and Soul Sessions
a. Upon receipt of the necessary payment, Animal Soul Academy will promptly provide an agreed date for scheduling a consultation for animal reading & healing or a coaching session (virtual or on location).

b. Changing the agreed date of a session or consultation is possible 24 hours before the scheduled session and must take place during that week of cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

8. Force Majeure
a. Animal Soul Academy accepts no liability if, due to force majeure, it is unable to fulfill its obligations.

b. Animal Soul Academy accepts no liability if a situation arises beyond the control of Animal Soul Academy that makes it impossible to meet the delivery time.

c. If the force majeure is only temporary, Animal Soul Academy will still attempt to fulfill all obligations once it becomes reasonably possible to do so. If it is mutually agreed between the client and Animal Soul Academy that this is no longer possible, the agreement will be revised or terminated by mutual consent. Any services provided by Animal Soul Academy up to the moment of force majeure will still be invoiced.

9. Copyright Online Academy and materials of Animal Soul Academy
a. All materials produced by Animal Soul Academy may not be edited or processed into other websites/promotional materials without the express permission of Animal Soul Academy.

b. The ownership of assignments, audio files, course materials, or e-books provided by Animal Soul Academy remains fully with Animal Soul Academy unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. In the latter case, Animal Soul Academy may negotiate compensation for this.

c. Animal Soul Academy retains the right to use the increased knowledge gained through the execution of the work for other purposes, provided that no confidential information is disclosed to third parties.

10. Liability
a. To the extent that Animal Soul Academy relies on the cooperation, services, and supplies of third parties, over which Animal Soul Academy has little or no control, Animal Soul Academy cannot be held liable in any way for any damage arising from these relationships with Animal Soul Academy or their termination, regardless of whether this damage occurs or becomes visible during the relationship with Animal Soul Academy.

b. In the event of attributable failure to fulfill the agreement, Animal Soul Academy is only liable for substitute damages up to the invoice amount. Any liability of Animal Soul Academy for any other form of damage is excluded, including compensation for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage due to loss of animals.

c. The client should be aware that information sent via the internet may be intercepted by third parties. Animal Soul Academy cannot be held liable for any form of damage caused by the transmission of confidential or secret information.

d. The client must immediately inform Animal Soul Academy in writing of any changes to the client’s details. If the client fails to do so, the client will be fully liable for any damage suffered by Animal Soul Academy as a result.

11. Miscellaneous
a. Animal Soul Academy will not disclose the client’s personal data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. This also applies to any confidential information provided to Animal Soul Academy for the purpose of executing an agreement.

b. Animal Soul Academy is free to refer to the experiences during the services of Animal Soul Academy for promotional purposes as a reference unless expressly agreed otherwise.
